Superb location and view of the Colosseum. We stayed in Master Double Room with a Colosseum view from our window. The views alone are enough. However, the service from the staff also blew us away! Staff were always present for your every need: Held the door every time we came in and out, greeted us, helped with luggage, provided free coffee and water throughout the stay, assisted with reservations to the Colosseum and Vatican, called taxis, etc. The one time I had to ask for an extra towel, I'm pretty sure I saw them running to assist. Housekeeping came multiple times a day. I have no complaints. It felt cozy, relaxing, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast each morning was included at the top of the hotel with outside views of the Colosseum. Excellent food and drinks. There were no hidden fees at the end of the trip. Overall, lovely stay.

The staff and service at Palazzo Manfredi was incredible! We enjoyed the views of the colosseum each day from breakfast and from the bar. Location was perfect!

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views of the Colosseum! We were there for our wedding anniversary and the team went beyond to make our stay super special! Our bed was decorated with rose petals and we got a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and fresh fruit - how very kind and thoughtful! When we went to the absolutely AMAZING restaurant on the roof top for dinner, the staff went on spoiling us with extras plus the menu was just divine. What a wonderful experience!!

The location IS EXCELLENT, the view of the suite is UNBEATABLE! and the staff is FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!! The breakfast is totally worth including it since you get to have it at their terrace of AROMA RESTAURANT. I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING HOTEL! Special thanks to Veronica at the front desk for solving every question we had and helping us book transportation. I will stay here again for sure.

from the moment we arrived at the welcome greeting, the room and view was amazing, and when we had a slight problem with the bed the management team responded perfectly and swiftly to our issue. from the management team to the porters they were all so helpful and professional. Lorenzo the manager had great English and made us feel so welcome, so thoughtful giving us umbrellas and catering to our every need.

We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a completely different building about 5 minutes walk from the main hotel. The decor is slightly dated compared to other places we stayed in Italy but the location made up for that. Literally 5 minutes walk from the Colloseum. This was perfect for us as we only had 1 night in Rome and were easily able to see the main sights on foot. It was very hot whilst we were in Rome but we got up early to walk around the city. Breakfast really was special, the best we had whilst in Italy. Not just because we were overlooking the Colloseum, the food was superb. Eggs Benedict, cooked breakfast, fruit, fresh pastries, cheeses, hams…..everything you could want, cooked to perfection. In the evening, we had fantastic cocktails on the bar / terrace (must be pre booked). Whilst it had amazing views, It was very hot. I would recommend getting a shaded table at the back (even though the view of the Colloseum aren’t as good as the front tables). Parasols on the front tables would be good.
